About
Who we are
We’ve been running IT infrastructure for small and mid-sized businesses since 2008. The team is practising engineers with long experience administering Linux/FreeBSD servers, Windows domains, virtualization, networks, and security.
What we do
- Outsourced sysadmin: day-to-day user support, patches, monitoring, asset inventory.
- Server infrastructure: Proxmox/VMware, migrations off bare metal, replication, redundancy.
- Networks and access: corporate networks, VPN, IP telephony, Active Directory and Samba domains.
- Information security: perimeter audits, DDoS protection, anti-spam, data access controls.
- 1C: install, updates, licensing, backups, server migrations.
- One-off projects (no retainer): migrations, post-incident recovery, audits.
How we work
One manager with engineering background runs the account end-to-end, from first request to closing the ticket. We don’t bounce tickets between support tiers and we don’t ask scripted FAQ questions.
Every infrastructure change is documented: what changed, why, how to revert. That lets us swap engineers without losing context, and lets the client see what they’re paying for.
Stack
Long experience with open-source server platforms (Debian, FreeBSD, OpenBSD), commercial hypervisors (Proxmox, VMware), the Microsoft stack (Windows Server, AD, Exchange), and 1C 7/8 in any configuration. This site runs on Astro and Cloudflare Pages — we use the same tools we recommend to clients.
Where we work
Primary on-site coverage is Moscow and the Moscow region. Beyond that, remote support over hardened tunnels. A portion of clients are companies headquartered in Moscow with branches across Russia.
